My macrophotography. Lots of bugs -- flowers, water and other things if I can't find fauna. (Click on a photo to enlarge, click again for an even greater enlargement.)
This little spider had a mask across its eyes and I was suddenly reminded of Pris from Blade Runner. But this spider looks male, so I then thought of Priscilla of the Desert. At least I keep myself amused.
Both of those movies are in my top 10 (not sure what the other 8 are though. Nice macro as the eyes engage you. Must say I'm a bit scared of spiders - jumping spiders - now theres a new level of goose bumps!
I'm a mom of three incredible children. I also do quilting, photography, math geek stuff, computer wrangling, origami, and entomology-arachnology geek stuff.

That's the main thing right ;)
I think so!
Great shot, I like the eyes
Thanks! I think the big front eyes make jumping spiders more "human" than the many same-size eyes of other spiders.

Thanks, Graeme! These fellows are so tiny and their movements so comical, I haven't had any creep out feelings because of these guys.
You can track these guys even if you don't see them, they leave single strands of thread across very large distances (one meter isn't unusual).
I'll turn you into a spider fan yet!
