My macrophotography. Lots of bugs -- flowers, water and other things if I can't find fauna. (Click on a photo to enlarge, click again for an even greater enlargement.)
I remember my first exposure to Yes was actually via a book of Roger Dean's art that was on my Dad's living room book shelf. I think it was, Views It's interesting to think about the impact of your parents' books on life path.
Then I listened to Yes, Rush, Jethro Tull, and King Crimson while my classmates listened to Depeche Mode.
Later, Rowan was born during the song, "Starship Troopers":
Speak to me of summer, long winters longer than time can remember,
Setting up of other roads, travel on in old accustomed ways.
I still remember the talks by the water, the proud sons and daughters that,
In the knowledge of the land, spoke to me in sweet accustomed ways.
I'm a mom of three incredible children. I also do quilting, photography, math geek stuff, computer wrangling, origami, and entomology-arachnology geek stuff.
