Scarlet Globe Mallow (Sphaeralcea coccinea)I keep saying the name of this flower, but the images that appear in my imagination have nothing in common with this flower. The flower is fuzzy, orangish, low to the ground, and looks nothing like a thing I'd bring to a campfire. This was taken early in June.
