This is part of a pipe-cleaner, purple and green snowflake decoration that Kai brought home before the holiday break. It kind of reminds me of a festive barbed wire.

It's new, gentler prison-break protection -- so the would-be escapees can feel good about their torn flesh and continued incarceration -- bravo!
*snicker* And not to mention that a few disco lights shining on the reflective surface would both provide extra security lighting and enhance the atmosphere of the prison dance floor.
well... if you can't find a partner use a wooden chair.
Wouldn't that involve the potential for painful splinters in uncomfortable places?
Only if you can get the chair drunk...
