Since the weather was pretending to warm up, we hauled out our long-suffering, purple, plastic wading pool from beneath the wooden poarch. Alas, cracks. However we hit the jackpot for cute spiders. We found about five of these in cobweb-style webs around the pool. They were so tiny I almost missed them. I really like the abdomen pattern, almost like a polished river stone. Fujifilm S5000 with the Raynox macro lens, 1/600s, f/6.3, focal length 46mm, ISO 160.
